April 20, 2022, an Olson Group team (Heather Stem, Andrew Forcucci, and Anthony Mangeri) conducted a COOP seminar for the City of Wilmington sponsored by the Delaware Emergency Management Agency. Following the seminar, the OGL team facilitated a tabletop exercise so that participants could discuss how the plans would be implemented in different situations.
