Contracting Options

The Olson Group, Ltd. is the exclusive vendor to VDEM for the VDEM HSEEP Regional Capability Project. OGL has also been approved as a pre-procured exercise contractor available to local and state governmental entities. To use this contract, a local or state entity must develop a scope of work using the Task Order – Discussion or Task Order – Operational format. The task order form can be amended to fit the local/state entity’s needs. Once a Task Order is completed and signed, the governmental entity must send a copy to VDEM’s Exercise Branch. The task order can be scanned and emailed to Elizabeth Ehler

The Olson Group, LTD has recently been selected as a vendor on the HGACBuy Emergency Preparedness & Disaster Recovery contract vehicle. THGACBuy affords the enduser the ability to work with the contractor of its choosing while significantly decreasing the time and effort it takes to work through the standard procurement process.
