Cape Coral, FL Fire Department Division of Emergency Management Emergency Operations Plan, Debris Management Plan, Recovery Plan

The Olson Group, Ltd. (OGL) worked with the City of Cape Coral Fire Department Division of Emergency Management to update and convert their Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan into an Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). An all-day workshop was held to facilitate the creation of the EOP. OGL also conducted a recovery workshop for City stakeholders to support the development of the City of Cape Coral COOP Annex, Recovery Plan and Debris Management Plan and Annex.
