Eric is a Penn State graduate with a degree in Immunology and Infectious Disease and Global Health. He later attended George Washington University, where he earned his MPH degree with a graduate certificate in Emergency Management (EM). It was during this time that Eric discovered his passion for EM. He completed an internship at the Fairfax County Department of Emergency Management and Security and worked as a COVID-19 Vaccination Site Unit Lead for Arlington County Public Health.
Since graduating in 2022, he has been working in EM consulting. He has supported COVID-19 after-action reports and several exercises, including tabletop and full-scale exercises. Eric’s passion for EM lies in training/exercises, public health, biosecurity, and increasing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) within EM.
