Mr. Forcucci has 10 years of combined first responder, emergency management, and public health experience. Mr. Forucci’s areas of focus include emergency preparedness, mitigation, response, recovery, and continuity planning; public health and clinical administration, and operations management. He has led a multitude of planning projects for local, regional, state, and private sector jurisdictions/agencies as well as supported training/ exercises while facilitating planning workshops and stakeholder orientations. Mr. Forcucci is HSEEP-Certified, received his bachelor’s degree in Crisis and Disaster Management along with his Master’s in Public Health Administration.
Mr. Forcucci’s additional experiences include Fire/EMS in the State of Iowa, active-duty military service in the United States Coast Guard, federal law enforcement, and service with the Florida State Medical Response Team (SMRT). He has knowledge and experience in physical security, port security, homeland security, anti-terrorism force protection, counter-narcotics, immigration, public health, and environmental protection. Additionally, Mr. Forcucci has deployed and directly supported multiple emergency response, recovery, and humanitarian operations to include (but not limited to) hurricanes Katrina and Rita, Port au Prince (Haiti) earthquake, and the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
