OGL’s TJ Rippon and Brad Owens supported the Virginia Department of Emergency Management in planning and delivering the Newport News Interstate Winter Weather Traffic Incident Tabletop Exercise. Over 60 participants from Commonwealth and local agencies and private sector partners came together on May 4, 2022, to review their response plans and capabilities.
